BUM ESSENTIALS

Let me start off by saying that is the diaper that started my interest (or addiction) in cloth. I won the diaper from Sugar Pop Ribbon's bog really by accident. I entered for the diaper to get an extra entry in another giveaway but was no dissapointed to see that I had won, and my eco-friendly children were so excited.
This is one of my top picks in diapers, so much so that I had to get one in each color! How is that for addiction? I won a sunshine yellow and since then have bought the other colors from a wonderful vendor, Happy Baby Bum, during an irresistible sale. The sale was so great that I bought one to share!

AFTER THE WASH:
I have to say that I find myself reaching for the Bum Essentials diaper as soon as it is clean and ready to go. It is super soft, even after many washes. I am so impressed with how it is holding up, the terry pads that come with the diaper remain soft and fluffy as does the fleece inner. Velcro is not normally my favorite for laundry purposes but the wash tabs on this diaper actually do the job, no diaper chains. I have also noticed that some diapers are easier to get smells out of and the Bumbino is by far top notch in that area, I have not had any lingering smells after a wash.

THE FIT:
The velcro closure means a perfect fit is so easy to get that even daddy will change a diaper or two! The Bumbino is a one size diaper so the rise is adjustable so the diaper will fit until we are ready to potty train. It was very easy to find the right fit so that there is no gapping around the waist or legs, even on his no so chubby little thighs.
You like a trim diaper? Just use one of the pads and this little Bum Essentials is just the diaper for you? Have a heavy wetter? Just snap both of the pads in and you are set! I personally love to see a little fluffy bottom so I always use both of the terry pads.

LEAKS?
NO! Enough said? He has worn the Bumbino while napping with no leaks. I even put him in the diaper overnight, granted he is not a real heavy wetter, but we had no leaks!
